Located just beside Zouk, at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel along Havelock Road, Nanjya Monjya’s specialty is Okonomiyaki. It a Japanese savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients. The name is derived from the word okonomi, meaning “what you like” or “what you want”, and yaki meaning “grilled” or “cooked”.

My boss took me here for special dinners with colleagues from Tokyo. they serve several kinds of Okonomiyaki, up to the standard for picky Japanese corporate executives. This is good for either family or business dinners.
